Hello everyone! Welcome to my page and my passions!
Something about me...
My name is Teresa, I am 25 years old (almost 26 Argh). I am an Italian girl who has been living in Ireland for a couple of years and, I don’t know if it’s important but I will say anyway, I am of the Lion sign.
I was born in Quarto d'Altino, a small town of 8000 citizens very close to Venice, Treviso and other beautiful cities of Veneto. I lived on a historic road surrounded by field, farming and animals until I grew up, I started to love speaking other languages, and this led me to move from my own city to Dublin.
I decided to move to Ireland because I always wanted to speak more than one language and the best way to improve my English, in my opinion, was to live in an English speaking country. Moving to Dublin was an incredible experience not only because I live in a foreign country, but also because I had to grow up and be responsible without my parents near me ready to save me. I had to find a home, a job and new friends. I was so scared that I wanted to quit and run home, but I decided to jump into this new adventure and now I’m so glad I did it because I have amazing friends and a job that I adore.
At first, I had only planned a year in Dublin, but then I found the job I always wanted, and I decided to extend my experience. I talked so much about my job that I guess you are now curious about it, isn’t it? I do what I like most: I organize trips; I am a travel agent and I organize trips for students, families and groups.
My hobbies are, uh...
I feel really lucky because one of my main hobbies is also my job and you know how they say: "Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life." (Confucius).
I really like to travel! I think I have to thank my parents for this; since I was a child, I travelled a lot, not only with my family but also with the school and other associations I was in. I remember one year I went on vacation with my parents, I went away with the volleyball club where I was playing and also with my cousins and uncles, so yes, I always travelled a lot and I like it!
My other hobby is photography. My parents bought for my 17th birthday my first camera and now I can’t go out without it and the passion for travel and photography are great together. I don’t consider myself a photographer but I think that every day I improve my skills and every time the photos are better. I love taking photos because I think the camera is an amazing tool to bring the world that I was looking at into a piece of paper and have the opportunity to look at it and go back to the moment I was taking it.
I hope you enjoy my page and I hope to transmit some of my passions to you. So enjoy reading, comments and sharing if you like.
